Ray Stevens is a multiple Grammy Award winning Songwriter, Singer, Producer, Performer, Musician, Arranger and now, Performance Venue Owner and Operator. Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom, opening late Summer 2017, is a state-of-the-art Performance Center with complete Television Production facilities, Food and Beverage service, a Gift Shop, Piano Lounge, Recording Studio and Office complex. It’s located on River Road, right off the Charlotte Pike exit on Interstate 40, just 10 minutes west of Downtown Nashville. This 700+ seat facility has free parking for almost 300 cars and 6 buses and Ray Stevens will be performing regularly, in addition to other great entertainment events.
The venue draws its name from Ray Stevens CabaRay Nashville, Ray’s highly rated and successful half-hour TV Show airing on local PBS Stations nationwide and soon to be produced in the CabaRay Nashville Showroom along with other TV productions to be announced.
When visiting Nashville, the Grand Ole Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame and Ryman Auditorium have always been “must see” stops on any itinerary and Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom will soon be added to that list. How do I buy tickets?
Tickets will be available online through the Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom website in Fall 2017.

What are the hours of operation?
The showroom box office and gift shop will be open Monday & Tuesday 10am-5pm and Wednesday-Saturday 10am-8pm. Shows will begin at 7:30pm with dinner seating starting at 6pm.
What is included in the price of the ticket?
Tickets can be purchased that include both dinner and the show or can be purchased for the show only.
What Is your capacity?
Our venue seats 704 guests. 492 seats are downstairs for dining and 212 are theater seats in the balcony.
Can I bring children to your concerts?
Yes, there are no minimum age restrictions. All patrons of any age do require a ticket for admission to the CabaRay.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, and the parking is FREE!
Do you have a dress code?
No. Our guidance would be to dress in the same manner you would when you go out to dinner.
Do you have a coat check?
No we do not have a coat check at this time.
What time do doors open for a show?
Doors open at 6pm for a show.
What nights does Ray Stevens perform?
Ray will typically perform Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The schedule is subject to change.
What time should I arrive?
The show begins at 7:30pm and dinner seating begins at 6pm. If you are attending the show only, we recommend that you arrive at approximately 7:15pm.

The show typically lasts 2 hours.
What is the menu?
Dinner includes salad, rolls or other bread, vegetables and/or a starch, choice of entrée (beef, pork, chicken, fish and pasta) and coffee, tea, or soft drinks. Dessert, mixed drinks, beer and wine are available for purchase.
Can you accommodate gluten-free/vegetarian and/or food allergies?
Yes, we can. Please call the theater ahead of time and let us know so we can best accommodate you.
Is there food and beverage service after the show?
Beverage service and limited food will be available in the Piano Bar after the performance.
Is the bar/restaurant open during the day?
Currently, the bar/restaurant is only open during shows.
Can I take pictures during the show?
Cell phone cameras are permitted, for photos only, provided they are used without a flash.
What is prohibited?
All weapons including pocket knives, oversized bags, outside food and beverage, cans, bottles, alcohol, drugs, laser pens, masks (and facepaint), laptops/tablets, musical instruments, video cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording , selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses.
Can I smoke inside?
Smoking in all areas of the CabaRay is prohibited. You may smoke outside the building in designated smoking areas.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes we have handicap parking and seating available as well as ADA accessible bathrooms.
Can I use the electronic version of my ticket on my smart phone at the door?
No, not at this time. You do however have the ability to have your tickets printed at will call.
Can I print out my ticket?
Yes, print at home tickets are available for on-line orders. You can also have your ticket printed at will call.
What if I lost my tickets?
Contact the box office for assistance if you lose your tickets.
Can I rent the CabaRay for a private event?

Is a photo ID needed at the door?
No it is not, although photo ID is needed to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Is seating General Admission or is there reserved seating?
All seating is reserved. You will be assigned a seat when you purchase a ticket.
What kind of seating does the venue have?
The main floor, which has dinner service, has a mix of 2-top, 4-top and 6-top tables, round booths and counter seating. Traditional theatre seating is available in the balcony for show only tickets.

Generally, all sales are final. Any exceptions would need approval by the Ray Stevens CabaRay management.
