How Do I Buy Tickets?
Tickets are available online through the Ray Stevens CabaRay Showroom website, by phone,
and in the box office.

Can I bring children to your concerts?
Yes, there are no minimum age restrictions. All patrons of any age do require a ticket for
admission to the CabaRay.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, and the parking is FREE!
Do you have a dress code?
No. Our guidance would be to dress in the same manner you would when you go out to dinner.
Do you have a coat check?
No we do not have a coat check at this time.
What time do doors open for a show?
Doors open at 5:30pm for a show.
What time should I arrive?
5:30pm for meal and show, 7pm for show only.
What time is dinner served?
Dinner is served at 6pm.
What time does the show start?
The show begins at 7:30pm.
How long is the show?
The show typically lasts 1 1/2 hours.
What is the menu?
Dinner includes salad, rolls or other bread, vegetables and/or a starch, choice of entrée (beef,
pork, chicken, or fish) and coffee, tea, or soft drinks. Desserts, mixed drinks, beer and wine are
available for purchase.
Can you accommodate Gluten-free/Vegetarian and/or Food allergies?
Yes, we can. Please call the theater ahead of time and let us know so we can best accommodate

Cell phone cameras are permitted, for photos only, provided they are used without a flash.

alcohol, drugs, laser pens, masks (and facepaint), laptops/tablets, musical instruments, video
cameras, monopods, tripods, audio recording, selfie sticks and cameras with telephoto or zoom

Can I smoke inside?
Smoking in all areas of the CabaRay is prohibited. You may smoke outside the building in
designated smoking areas.
Can I use the electronic version of my ticket on my smart phone at the door?
No, not at this time.
Can I print out my ticket?
Yes, Print at Home tickets are available for on-line orders.
What if I lost my tickets?
Contact the box office for assistance if you lose your tickets.
Can I rent the CabaRay for a private event?

Is a photo id needed at the door?
No it is not, although photo id is needed to purchase alcoholic beverages.
Is seating General Admission or is there reserved seating?
You will be assigned a seat when you purchase a ticket.
Are you handicap accessible?
Yes we have handicap parking and seating available as well as ADA accessible bathrooms.
What kind of seating does the venue have?
The main floor, which has dinner service, has a mix of 2-top, 4-top and 6-top tables, round
booths and counter seating. Traditional theatre seating is available in the balcony for show only
